How would a jury interpret this situation?
The Norwood reply to the ASX clearly states that negotiations, discussions etc are ongoing.
They are of the opinion that deals may come from these talks.
The opposing view taken by many investors is based on 4 years of Norwood announcements not just this reply to the ASX.
Given the history of the defendant ( NOR) the jury would have reasonable grounds to convict on historical circumstantial evidence .
In other words;
1000/1 odds
