Certainly looks like Spark was given the introduction by Oracle To Nor considering the cloud association between Spark and Oracle in March 2016.Also seems Spark didn't take long to sign up to Nor's services.Oracle would be takimg note of that and with Oracles 500 telcos the sky is the limit.imo.
