Your logic ,discovery, appears to rely on the assumption that the top 20 are privy
to "secret information".
According to a legally binding reply to the ASX query all factual information available to the company is now in the public domain.
Going back to your analysis of my comprehension of a reply from Hiscocks concerning "their IP " it appears to me that you would see this as an opportunity to buy , based on an assumption.
The assumption being that the Top 20 are in posession of information not available to the market.
This has proven to not be the case!
If it is ,then Norwood are facing a full blown ASIC enquiry.
And many disgruntled investors are on their case,it would appear!!
