I think the "when" was gotten wrong from both sides. Obviously I can only speak for myself, but the "when" is what brings my marks way down on this company. Simply, I got it wrong.
The downers, well, it should have been "lights out" long ago, so again, not too accurate there.
I think you're right however in summing it up with:
a: NOR will ultimately Succeed
or
b: NOR will ultimately fail.
This will be the only real measure
From my perspective, nothing has led me to deviate from the "succeed" camp, even though the timing is causing me grief!
Two mega sized companies engaging with us at global level, massive changes in the top holding landscape, together with enough cash to hopefully see these deals through, plus a blue chip already signed and paying (SPARK), has me feeling very comfortable indeed.
So back to that fascinating question......... when?
Taking into consideration my above disclosure, I can answer this with a definitive...... I don't know....LOL
