Might want to see a chiropractor with this backbone, do you not believe he has under-performed to date?
Not to say he could not turn it around but 'Potential' future performance is hardly an argument against past performance, if these two partnerships fall flat I would be wanting some sort of shift as a holder, be that managerial, a take over etc.
