WSA is breaking out
The sub 2.00 annual bargain BUY zone is closing.

BUY now and sell at 3-4 like the INSTOs do it every year in WSA.
I correctly called the sub 2.00 buy and the above 3.20 sell in WSA last cycle.

WSA will ramp up as 2019 NP spikes and U$ drops away under the pressure of $2T bond debt issuance and lowering GDP hit by high interest rates. UD$ has nowhere to go but down.

WSA is a BUY sub 2.00, mark my words for next year.

Grade is KING!
