    Now at 4 year lows
    bear trend on the annual
    U shape on the daily so supported all arvo, looks like INSTOs accumulating at the long term lows
    several bounce out patterns last few months
    yet back under 2.00 and deepening.

    This is the BUY zone sub 2.00 imho
    Sell zone is at 3.50-5.00.

    Ni up WSA down, very strange.
    Grade is KING!
