    Don't think it would be a cap raising though. Energy and materials sector is taking an absolute beating, oil prices down, commodity prices down, and stocks that have been making a positive move over the past few weeks (EWC), seem to be taking the brunt of this downward pressure which is coming from last night's session in the U.S.
