Rogueinvestor, Not sure that I follow your logic there - about the 20c?
All I am saying is that, if you beleive the shrinking $AUD story, then investing in MAE will be a hedge against that.
e.g. If MAE's assets sell for $USD 2.00, then currently ($AUD at $USD .620) that translates into about $AUD 3.20. If the $AUD falls to $USD .50, then you get $AUD 4.00
So if you want to travel overseas, or buy an imported car (which MAE investors may well want to do in a few moinths time) then the increasing costs of doing that are offset by the increasing payout from MAE.
