Why don't you have to back up your comment? Without a reliable reference all it is an opinion.....and it's obvious to who?

Also from what I have read Boiler wasn't asking you to do the research......he/she was simply requesting a source for your statement....this is a perfectly legitimate request IMO......you are making wild claims without any verification....



I am confused here ...how does taking profit equate to insider trading?

Specifically, where does it say in the ASX rules regarding insider trading that a director cannot take profits....The guy sold his stock after a huge move....so what?

If he had topped up his holding 3 days prior then sold well thats another thing....
