This business has very high fix cost, every day that theme park close they lose a lot of money due to no revenue but high fix cost of maintaining the park

There will be a breaking point where they will eat all the business profit and you running break even or at a loss and no one know where that point is as everything is up in the air.

I don't think the current price is attractive given the recent event at best fair value at worse a little over price.
