I initially thought that the take up was from the share issue, however, the dates are listed as 10 to 15 May which do not match. Also, the purchases are stated as on and off market, but does not say how many of each.
$6,000,000 for 16,733,466 is an average of $0.359 per share, which is above the recent capital rasing price and way above current market price.
Definitely agree that this is a vote of confidence in the company from a substantial shareholder.
