Well yesterday COS annouced they had agreements to place 6,000,000 million shares to PPK Investment Holdings and 300,000 shares to Wavet Fund #2 at 7 cents a share. This was to raise $441,000 in Working Capital.
No explanation of why the Working Capital is required was given, and no explanation why the shares were sold so cheaply.
