Andrew Greig, a major shareholder of Nexus Energy, today contacted Mr Don Voelte of Seven Group Holdings to express his concern that the proposed scheme materially undervalues Nexus Energy shares. He has also questioned the veracity of the ‘Independent Valuation’ published by Nexus.
