Page 2 paragraph 3 is damning on various levels, this crap goes on every day on the ASX, ASIC should be looking at what transpired on those days within NXS
Just as majors have been prosecuted and fined for pre warning investment funds privately of missed financials, here allegedly we have officers kowtowing to major or selected investors and subsequently much further down the track asking minorities to bend over. They have a fiduciary duty to all shareholders equally.
I wonder if they have bunk beds in those " types of institutions", 4 to a room?
