As a left field guess , will we hear that Meo will issue say 25 million shares at 60 cents to an Investor who will become a Major Shareholder. This would raise $15 million. There are several names that come to mind. As the drilling has not commenced , the timing would be reasonable , and the dilution to other shareholders , not severe. My guess only. Do your own thing.
