    WPP were buying in December 2014 so they clearly have an interest in increasing their stake in STW. Based on the exchange rate movement and the share price movement STW is materially cheaper than 12 months ago:

    Exchange rate approx. $50m discount
    Share price- approx. $150m discount

    Are conditions going to be more favourable for a takeover? If it is going to happen it will happen soon or not at all.
