    Reduction in share price will make more attractive to wpp and exchange rate movement an easier task to acquire, however the exchange rate will also be a negative on translation of aud post any acquisition. What are the asx rules as to when a major shareholder needs to declare a takeover? Can they just continue the slow creep at low prices over time on market?
