"I have previously spoken to Vince to amalgamate but differing ore bodies (not location) make amalgamation into one plant impossible."

When I read your statement above, I nearly fell of my chair. You seem to be saying that Vince thinks this entire V/Fe/Ti deposit has two distinct ore bodies, and that two processing plants would need to be built to process them independently ? I'm finding that very hard to believe. Surely it would be possible to do it with one concentrator/SRL plant, and maybe modify/upgrade the processing if and when changing from one ore body to the other ? This is actually my prediction about TMT/AVL, that one will build a plant first, and the potential financiers of the other will then be thinking "why not just negotiate use of the other plant and save us $600m-$700m capex ?
The bone of contention between TMT/AVL has always been where to build their plants geographically, based on economic arguments. But you are saying there's no point to lease the other's plant at all ? I wonder if RCF know about these issues ? This seems to me to be a big deal.

    All IMHO, DYOR
