    I saw your post to auto as to why you think IPM is not a cash equivilant for COE. Just interested as to why it is a good buy for you but a disaster for cooper. It may be the best thing to happen to Cooper in the long run cause whoever wants IPM may as well takeover cooper, get rid of the board and liquidate it like you suggested previously. Anyway it may be the only reason why someone would be interested in cooper.
