Doesnt that prove the bid was ther simply to block the COE bid. hy would they not be buying at prices under their cash offer bid price if it was genuine.

Trader - it would be funny of they had a crack at COE - that would acquire the 27% of IPM shares cooper hold very cheaply that way.
