It seems to be a big vote of confidence on the face of it, unless they start doing a CS and trading large volumes in and out constantly, playing with people's heads, hearts and wallets in the meantime. It certainly locks up the majority of the shares now, combined with SE, CS, PBL etc. I suspect it will peg EWC to the index more closely though as well, which can be good or bad.
