Obviously the two major shareholder /directors can't resist the bargain price either.
Notice out today shows that :
(1) Neil Tomkinson has purchased a total of 110,000 shares over 7th and 8th October and
(2) Allan Tattersfield has purchased today (?)another 8,527,594 so that he has almost 75 million shares now. Perhaps he is taking over PPP by stealth ????

Certainly making sure that he has enough ammunition to ward off any attack at the AGM.

So the pair of them must be seeing value in PPP at these levels
