As I've stated before, I think we are fortunate that HHM have a significant holding & seem to have their shareholders interests in mind when decisions are made, not to say PEX board don't, but added protection for the minor shareholders of PEX, I don't think HHM would take a board position in PEX or any new entity via a takeover or merger at the expense of there shareholders. As a shareholder of both PEX & HHM I feel confident that shareholder interests will remain true to the companies corporate governance. IMO good luck to all.
