Like I've been saying there is no focus on where this $43 billion (estimate only you know these things always blow out) will come from. Approx $2000 per person, including elderly, infants, etc who are not users. It will be worse than the stimulous handouts. Very reckless and wasteful, when the existing network is adequate. If market forces are there in certain areas, like high density then the users can pay but taxpayers shouldn't pay for a blanket install that's not viable.
