From memory, in ground resources are often valued at 10-20% of their sale value depending upon how hard it is to extract.
So - a MC of 50mil is about right for the current resource. This is a spec stock however and they are nowhere near digging any of the stuff up, so that would put a lag on the figure. I think that there is a level of expectation built into the current price at the current level, but not much as the SP was in this bracket before the expectation for drilling results came through.
