Someone might have to help me here.

I have looked at that website address and see that there are a lot of familiar names.

My reading of that page is:
Bolivar is the current name of the company Lowell Petroleum Inc.
I think that Lowell Petroleum was originally part of the Lowell Group. It looks as though Lowell Petroleum changed its name to Hendong in 1998.
I presume that the current directors etc. listed on that page are the ones without the asterisks beside their name.
That being so, the familiar names of Metcalfe, Hobday, Harrison, 2 Mitchells would be former directors etc, when it was Lowell.

If the above is not the case, then this matter deserves further research.
