The SEC in the USA are a lot more stringent. It's time that we in Australia start pressuring ASIC to hold certain people accountable.
No one should have lost money on this. Not you, not me, not anyone that you would have sold your shares too.
There is too much of this happening and it's ridiculous. ASIC need tighter penalties to deter this.
That announcement should have made us all money, but we were deceived. There is only one place to look for answers and justice.
