No, the story of the times is not of eager buyers taking important stakes, it is of desperate sellers liquidating unwanted stakes for whatever they can get. OEX has sold because it needs the cash.
As for the 40% rise, separate story imho, who knows about that, it was on small turnover wasn"t it?
