I am from Hong Kong and know a lot of Chinese from mainland China.
Under their communist system, everything can be fake except for cheaters. Just look at the Covid case number, anyone would believe China had just 85K cases? On facebook and tweeters, they hired people to write each post by paying them about 3c to 5c RMB.
It is highly possible that they can hire people very cheaply to post the fake resumes and create an impression of "Growth"
I am more interested to know, if Seek simply takes out the valuation of Zhaopin and takes into account of its huge debt. How much would it be worth? It should be more than $7.2 that Blue Orca Capital quote but should definitely be much lower than $21.50. Would ~$15 per share be fair?
