I can see two arguments, how genuine are the jobs posted and how should the business be valued.
As other posters said and I agree, most likely many fake jobs on zhaopin. Fine, but what do we care?! Seek gets paid if they post a job, that how it works here, which I assume applies to zhaopin.
Should Seek be valued as a tech platform? And be valued as a tech or traditional value to price kind of business is probably the key to its SP. My personal perception as a user is its a tech, like many other platforms. With Covid, lots of businesses will go and lots will be created. Seek will win either way. SP likely to go lower for now, I like to topup when it's down. Zhaopin will be sold with a nice price tag. Shareholders will be OK.
