I am a shareholder and I would like to have sek do a capital raising because they have too much debt. If they do it via a rights issue it will not dilute existing shareholders. I agree they are strong but i think they are vulnerable to this sort of shorters report because of their debt and since their share price is healthy it seems like a good time to raise.
