Blue Orca released another report in response to SEEK's response.
You can tell they have no idea on what it takes to compete in a highly competitive market. Their response is mainly based around if ZP is generating FCF why does SEK still need to raise debt.
They have no idea on what it takes to build a marketplace. In a marketplace, it is a winner takes all market. If you don't grow fast enough, you lose. Everyone knows of the #1 marketplace (Airbnb, Realestate, Carsales, Facebook) but they hardly ever know who the #2 or #3 player is.
