    Arnotts have announced a cash offer for SFL of $2.00 per share plus 2.5cps special dividend.

    Directors have unanimously recommended the offer in the absense of a higher offer.

    Arnotts currently have 54% of biscuit market compared with SFL at 4%.
    SFL have about 26% of Chip market compared with Arnotts at 3.9% (Kettle Chips).
