Personally I see Star as an entirely different beast in future with Casino side just an attraction and not main source of income,, long way away but living in Broadbeach near Star you getting the feel gambling is only part of the parcel and won't be the only draw card, surprised amount of families that uses other facilities on offer re restaurants and hotels. With exhibition centre also part of their portfolio and expansions planned with many being residential.They hold prime location and are starting to capitalise on it hopefully outside Gambling being it's mainstream of revenue.
