You cant win with some people.

Getting in over 100mil a year, at least for the next 4+ years, you really want to know right now what direction they are going once Tui finishes up.

4 years to pick up new and better leases, with a massive amount of cash to do it.

What would you prefer, a company with no income yet "good prospects" that can never drill cause they cant find farmin or need to keep raising cash to do it.

Cash is king, particularly in this climate
