What's really happening is, the titans have come out to play. BHP will almost certainly be paying $10 BILLION for Oz Minerals, the sole reason is the copper. Rio Tinto looks like they my have to lift it's bid to $6 BILLION Australian dollars to secure the massive Mongolian copper mine Oyu Tolgoi.

And last but not least, Andrew Twiggy Forrest has been aggressively looking for gold and copper in the Paterson Province and has made a massive play for Greatland Gold very recently.

With the recent actions of Australia's biggest miners, I'm very confident of copper's near term and long term future.
