KRL listed many milestones for the end of this year. Guessing the possible outcomes of this "major transaction" has more choices than what you can get in a candy store.

So... according to past announcements, there are the following possible major transactions that could be happening right now:
    - Conditions met for Escrowed Shares from 10/12/09.
    - Tanur Jaya Project.
    - Kubah Indah Project.
    - Jawana and Borami Projects
    - MBK and BP Thermal Coal Projects

    Conditions met for Escrowed Shares:

In April's DJC Research Report - On 10th December, 2009, KRL announced a voluntary escrow arrangement with the major Indonesian shareholders and management, whereby 280m shares, then 40% of the issued capital, would be placed into escrow for a period of 12 months. Since then an additional 50m shares issued to South Gobi Energy Resources have also been placed into escrow, totalling 330m shares, or 44% of the current FPO shares on issue (746.9m).

1 year has passed since then...

    Tanur Jaya:

In July's Tanur Jaya Project announcement, they were still working on completing the acquisition of 49% of Tanur Jaya.

In April's DJC Research Report - An initial deposit has already been paid to secure this project and KRL is to make structured payments to IBU on completion of certain project milestones achieved by IBU. KRL believe that these milestones will be achieved by late-2010.

Quote - "we take the view that the TJ project will not have any revenue generating production until early CY2011"

    Questions:
    - Have they completed the 49% acquisition of TJ?
    - Was capital recently raised to pay off IBU and to acquire TJ?
    - Could it be possible the TJ Project is close to revenue generating production?

    -----

    Kubah Indah:

In April's DJC Research Report - KRL is in the process of acquiring a 100% interest in the large, potentially very significant, high quality coking coal Kubah Indah Project, subject to due diligence and shareholder approval.

    Questions:
    - Have they completed the 100% acquisition of KI?
    - Was capital recently raised to complete this acquisition?

    -----

    Jawana and Borami Projects
In April's DJC Research Report - KRL is in the process of earning a 100% interest in the Jawana and Borami projects subject to final due diligence and shareholder approval.

    Questions:
    - Have they completed the 100% acquisition of Jawana and Borami Projects?
    - Was capital recently raised to complete these acquisitions?

    -----

MBK and BP Thermal Coal Projects:

In April's DJC Research Report - KRL is earning a 50% interest in the MBK and BP high quality thermal coal projects subject to shareholder approval.

Exploration programmes are currently underway to derive JORC resources for the projects by year end 2010 with subsequent mining operations targeted for 2011, targeting an initial production rate of 20,000 tonnes per month in 2011 and 0.5 Mtpa from 2012 thereafter.

There is currently no infrastructure on site but KRL have estimated that only US$2m to US$3m will be required to get the projects into production as they are located close to the Mahakam River with existing logging roads in place and a stockpile facility at BP.

    Questions:
    - Have they completed the 50% interest in the MBK and BP Projects?
    - Was capital recently raised to complete these acquisitions?
    - Was capital recently raised to pay for the infrastructure?
    - Could it be that MBK and BP are close to production?

Answers? Well, that's for you guys to work out...

Currently, I'm sticking to the game plan that was outlined in DJ Carmichael Research doc released in April 2010:
    http://www.kangarooresources.com/pdf/DJC_210410.pdf

If we stick to the game plan, there is a lot that will happen in these next few months and it's gonna be quite a ride. So strap on and sit tight!
