Hi

I don't hold any JMS but I do hold MDX. The link below is to an MDX announcement and involves a director of JMS, Mr William Wang trying for a seat on the MDX board to better represent Asian ivestors holding 16% of the company (MDX). He claims to not be representing JMS and therefore not announced on JMS.
