I'm thinking the story overdone to ward off takeover merchants.
If they knew this was a real problem why did they attempt a merger with API & how could they have hidden this problem during the merger preparations?
Something tells me it's to scare off Coles or Westfarmers now. Both Westfarmers and Coles could solve the stocking issues quickly.
