lol..although it does seem EIS, Prospectus and ML haven't been easy....these Regulatogy steps should be a 'tick-in-the-box' if Co's get their 'sheets' together and play by the rules.
A +ve DFS can be 'creatively accounted' to a degree ...However BOA's....and especially are in the 'big-boys' end of the playground and won't be manipulated with over-the- horizon driffle layers of 'blue-paint'. Management have yet to convince anyone they are capable delivering anything on time to date...except CR's, cash-burn and salary increases of course.
