I am surpised by the lack of interest in this stock . Looks like someone is building a position by pushing down the price with small amounts of stock. To put things in perspective as I see it.
* The last dividend was stopped because the Board decided to maintain a strong capital position given the challenges and uncertainties that prevailed. * The Board expects barring unforeseen circumstances that it will pay a dividend for the period ending 31st December 2020. * Lets assume it's at the historical level then that's a 5.8% divy p.a plus franking ( Good probability that it will be higher ) * Melos Sulicich has already stated "that the 1st quarter net profit after tax and before restructuring costs is up 21.7 % on pcp. "( uncertain as to how much the restructuring costs are ?)
* That FUA had grown to $1.09b ( was previously $1.07b ) This should be a lot higher now given the market momentum . (more income.) * That lending and customer deposits are up for the 1st qtr * * He has also stated " That if the trend continues for the balance of the year, the full year result will likely be MATERIALLY ahead of last year " In my opinion this stock is well undervalued.
