Still trying to comprehend this market . I believe that the market must be lagging in relation to MYS or just totally stuffed.

The share price was in excess of $5 prior to the stock going ex divy for .125c. (Share price currently $4.56)
The divy yield is currently 5.86% plus franking . It should be more but the less was paid out for the current divy to fund growth . Payout ratio was 67.6% usually around 86%
Tassie already well catered for but they are currently growing the business on the eastern seaboard which all bodes well
FUA should be up considerably judging by the way the market is performing
    Cost to income ratio down
Arrears well below regional and major bank levels
High quality low risk loan book
Key restructing finished now focusing on realising benefits
Momentum is expected to continue in the 2nd half
    Housing market performing well
Consumer confidence much stronger as we emerge from covid.
    Strong capital position
    Director buying

I know that I have commented on this stock before but I do truly believe that it is well undervalued and is not recognised by the market.
I have been buying and will continue to do so as funds become available as this is a laydown MISERE in my books.

Judging by comments in the papers they are expecting banks to perform well over the next 12 months plus for what its "worth".
