I noticed that as well, but looks like bank avoided financial trouble by doing Capital raise and issue of notes. If they didn't have issue with cashflow then there wasn't any need for CR. As when I read their CR announcement for $80m (original announcement but they only managed to get $55m) the first impression I get is that they need money to run the show as nothing concrete provided in the announcement on how the $80m will be used except some strategy blablabla...!

Most bank did CR in 2020 and then they also stopped dividend for one quarter. however MYS did it in 2021 and also paid dividend. now if they have not paid dividends then they could have saved almost $25m of capital and used that for growth instead of diluting shares by CR.

It is always hard to read bank books but market sentiment may be expecting something unexpected or it is simply a dump by the person who participated in CR at $4.3 and then sold at avg of $4.6 - $4.9 plus dividend... and moved to next opportunity.... I

ABA & MYS is in my watchlist and while ABA is riding high sky the MYS seems going down without reason makes me more worried to invest at this moment until it stabilise.
