Hard to put them all in the same basket and I think there are some fantastic workers also but perhaps we as shareholders need to look at the underlying reasons why some staff might be that way/unhappy to begin with. Seems to me they are all jack of the management and their outsourcing practices!
Look up Southwest Airlines and see what they think about outsourcing. They are one of the few large companies that have gone the other way and it is paying off big time.
