"If" GLE won't be using LIS tech to remove OR capture specific Isotopes, then Wilmington would be dead I believe, Paducah could still go ahead, but then it "really" will depend on the price of Uranium, if that were the case and they saw it as viable? then I believe they would build a second plant at Paducah to enrich the UF6 to LEU grade.
But all that isn't what is happening in my opinion? Wilmington "will" be going ahead next year at the same time Paducah will also, I am convinced that Wilmington is for recycling not just enriching UF6 to LEU.
I guess we won't have a long time to wait to see what is really happening, once Silex get a large slice of GLE then they can say what is happening I reckon.
