The most recent article I have been able to find that points to scalability issues with respect to Silex is this one:

It is from 2005; since then, first GE and subsequently Hitachi and Cameco have got in, and in 2013 (eight years later) a 15mUS$ milestone payment from GLE to Silex was triggered after successful demonstration and validation of the technology in Wilmington; today (twelve years later) Cameco are still supportive of the technology.
My questions for you are:
1) Are you aware of other scalability issues, apart from the ones mentioned in the article above? If you do, do you have links to official documents?
2) What is your opinion about the contents of the article above?
3) Does it seem reasonable to you that, if the efficiency issues mentioned in the article had not been successfully addressed, GLE would have agreed eight years later to make a milestone payment to Silex for successful validation of their technology?
