I suspect things have to progress to the point where 2 or more of your 9 companies go broke and the mines actually shut. That will not be far away if they continue to produce for more than they get. Companies that can will start high grading their resources to lower their AISC. Those that cannot will be the first to go under.
How do you view the significant amount of silver that is produced as by-product of Cu, Pb, and Zn mining? This silver is produced regardless of the the silver price.
