It's only common sense isn't it that an overwhelming majority of people would be opposed to protests once they turned into riots, looting & burning. The fact that the Democrats have been seen not to oppose the rioters or to condemn them, in some cases like AOC to actively encourage them, was inevitably going to see Trump surge in even the biased polls. Politicians who are not willing to guarantee the safety of communities are in the wrong business.
