IMHO there is no such thing as overvalued or undervalued, there is simply the price that Mr Market decides a stock is worth today... It might be different from yesterday and he might change his mind tomorrow, but today it's about 15c.
I think the share market and internet forums in particular are littered with examples of people calling stocks "undervalued" and/or "overvalued" and then being proven absolutely wrong by Mr Market.
